This beautiful suit of armor is comprised
of over 38 separately crafted components. The ENTIRE suit is vacuuformed in .090
gauge factory-glossed ABS and the detail and authenticity of each piece is
remarkable. The helmet itself is assembled from over a dozen finely crafted
components.
Each body armor section is composed of 2 parts that clamshells around body
sections (e.g. the forearms, the thighs) and the suit employs a system of
elastic webbing and Velcro attachments to hold the suit securely to the body.
Only the finest factory-glossed .090 Gauge ABS High Impact Industrial Plastic is
used for this suit. Any armor component that is WHITE never needs painting or
polishing and will never fade or yellow. The armor can be cleaned with soap and
water and resists scuffing.
Accessories include a black body glove, boots, hand gloves, weapons, holster, as
well as a slew of utilities and other gear.

Helmet The deluxe
helmet is made from 5 main vacuuform shells, and detailed with separately cast
resin pieces and 2 steel chin filters. The decals are all professionally laser
etched vinyl and vision thru the helmet is outstanding.
Each helmet is solidly built with metal reinforcing bolts and features an
internal head suspension system. These pieces are size-accurate, making them an
ominous display.
Breastplate The chest
is vacuuformed in a thicker ABS than other components, which gives them a
heavier, more solid presence. Each chest plate fits snugly with the aid of
elastic bands at the ribs which connect to the back plate.
The back plate is also formed from a thicker, heavier ABS. The back plate holds
snugly to the body via its attachment with webbing to the chest plate.
Biceps The biceps are
made in two sections that clamshell together with Velcro seams.
Shoulders The
shoulders are well defined and connect at the shoulder tongues with a
double-sided Velcro band.
Forearms Like the
biceps, the forearms are made in two sections the clamp together.
Shins The legs are
made in two sections that clamp together.
Thighs The legs are
made in two sections that clamp together.
Joints Another section
of the leg components.
Abdomen The abdomen
and codpiece are molded together as one section. The upper plate is detailed
with hardware and the belt is held tightly across the waistband.
The belt is curved and held tightly against the abdomen plate with tiny screws
at the end-points. The rear belt attaches at the same point from underneath and
fastens at the rear with a Velcro seam.
Bricks The thigh
bricks hang from the belt with double sided Velcro.
Hands Hand guards are
held in place either by attaching them directly to the gloves or with an elastic
loop.
