PIT DROID HEAD:
This is a one of kind creation. For auction here is a FULL SCALE 1:1 Pit droid head. It is made of urethane resin, fiberglass, wood and lexan. The diameter of the dome is almost 13" and this is detailed to the max.
The paintjob reflects one of the pit droids seen through the pod race segment.

The pit droid head is achieved full-size from almost 2 dozen pieces including the 2 main shells, a clear lens, and a handful of nurnies composing the pistons, antenna and underside detailing.

The pit droid head kit consists of the resin head shell cast in 2 halves, 2 pistons (also cast in halves, a vacformed lens housing and clear lens, and a handful of small detailing greeblies.
It was started from scratch using a variety of techniques and materials including a lampshade, radio shack parts, bondo, wood and metal. I plan on realizing the full body at some point.
