The suit is made from strictly 090 gauge (the thickest you can manage without losing detail) high impact vacuuformed ABS, metal cast detailing, resin detailing, and 1"- 2" webbing with side-release buckles. The armor components are either directly pop riveted onto each other (exactly as you see on film) or connected indirectly with riveted loops of nylon webbing that attach with parachute buckles. This fully armatured and articulated suit of armor is built for abuse and is rugged enough for any activity you see fit. The armor set is made from 27 individually hand crafted, hand-painted, hand-detailed body armor components including Breastplate, backplate, shoulder bells, shoulder flaps, 2 pauldrons, codpiece, abdomen plate, lower backplate, 2 knees, shin guards and calf guards. The helmet is comprised of the main shell, the camera body, microphone boom with counterweight, camera lens, ear flaps (3 components that are articulated together with a steel hinge) and 2 lobster neck plates. The USCM Body Armor accessories include camo BDUs, a hand-stitched codpiece, miscellaneous gear and weaponry including smart guns, pulse rifles and incinerators.
