This full-size PROTOCOL DROID is composed of over 100 individually crafted components. The head alone is comprised of 9 pieces and an arm from the shoulder down is almost 2 dozen components including the actuators, pistons, high detail insets etc.. He stands 5'10" on the wooden base and has eyes that light up through translucent eye cups that are illuminated from the interior. Main construction consists of urethane resin, fiberglass, , and vacuuformed plastic. Rubber sheathing and wiring compose his midsection.
